• Timeline: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached.
• Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during Sale or Promotional periods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Shipping: For standard returns or exchanges, shipping fees are covered by the customer. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, noriib will handle all associated costs.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed directly to your original payment method.
